NCDC COVID-19 NEWS: The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday night, reported 126 new COVID-19 cases which sums the country’s coronavirus tally to 59,127 cases.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control on Friday, recorded 126 new covid-19 cases with no death case.
NCDC disclosed this on their official tweeter page during the daily COVID-19 news report on Friday night.
The new cases were reported from 12 states including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Till date, 59,127 cases have been confirmed, 50,593 cases have been discharged and 1,112 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, NCDC report.
Recently, Nigeria have 7,422 active COVID-19 cases with 520,797 tested blood samples.
However, since the outbreak of the pandemic in Nigeria, Lagos has been the first in the Covid-19 table with 19,604 positive cases, followed by the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) with 5,727 cases.
Meanwhile, Kogi has been the least in the table with only five infections.
Currently, there is no patient on admission in the kogi state’s isolation centers, as three persons out of the five have been discharged and two have died.
