COVID-19 CASE REPORT: The Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) on Friday night, report 213 new COVID-19 cases which sums the country’s coronavirus tally to 58,062 cases.
NCDC also, reported two death cases on Friday.
The Nigeria Center for Disease Control ,NCDC, disclosed this on their official tweeter page during the daily COVID-19 news report.
The new cases were reported from 17 states including the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.
Till date, 58062 cases have been confirmed, 49606 cases have been discharged and 1103 deaths have been recorded in 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, NCDC report.
Recently, Nigeria have 7,353 active COVID-19 cases with 494,577 tested blood samples.
However, since the outbreak of the pandemic in Nigeria, Lagos has been the first in the Covid-19 table with 19,174 positive cases, followed by the Federal Capital Territory (Abuja) with 5,644 cases.
Meanwhile, Kogi has been the least in the table with only five infections.
Currently, there is no patient on admission in the kogi states isolation centers, as three persons out of the five have been discharged and two have died.
